RTO Compliance 

 

With the implementation of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, the focus for the registering bodies is on RTOs having a systematic, ethical, and transparent student centered processes in place. Green Light Training Services can assist you whether you are an existing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) looking to meet your compliance obligations, or are considering establishing an RTO. 

 

Existing RTOs 

Holding the qualifications for an auditor set out in Schedule 1 of the Standards for VET Regulators 2015 and in Statutory Compliance, Green Light Training Services are able to provide existing RTOs assistance with all aspects of compliance including:

  • Conducting internal reviews of your organisation’s systems, practices and training products.
  • Providing professional development to your team regarding their compliance responsibilities.
  • Acting as an independent panel member during validations (Clause 1.11 and 1.25). Independently reviewing complaints and appeals (Clause 6.3 e).
